Arclight Research & Consulting owner and Principal Investigator, Jeff Allen Kai Silva, PG, Ph.D., received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Arizona (Hydrology & Water Resources), and his Ph.D. from the Colorado School of Mines (Civil & Environmental Engineering). Jeff has over 25 years’ experience in environmental research and consulting and has led the design and execution of research projects extending from the bench-scale to the field-scale.
